It’s my first day back at school in 5 days. Teacher in-service on Friday, and snow days Monday and Tuesday. I’ve been enjoying my time off! Well, at least there’s only 3 days until the weekend. Snow day eats are so much better than on a regular school day since I don’t have to prepare 2 of my 3 daily meals ahead of time. Here is What I Ate Monday!
A 2 egg omelet plus a piece of peanut butter banana toast and cottage cheese mixed with homemade jam! <— delish!
2 pitas with some Tuna Salad - it was even better the next day!
I definitely had a cookie or two..
My mom tried a new recipe – crescent rolls filled with cream cheese, ground turkey, cheddar, and green chiles. I didn’t think I was going to like it, but it was actually pretty yummy! Some green beans on the side.
Aaand more cookies.
It was a pretty balanced day of eats! I’d like to share the cookie recipe, but it’s barely a recipe.. I just like the pictures I took anyway, have a great WIAW and I’ll be having fun drooling over all of your eats!
